How it Works

There are three main aspects to a Kyodo Golf website. These are the public site itself, a database that stores and delivers page content and information and a Control Panel that you use to perform updates throughout your site.

Although this is a technical and advanced system, in plain English, here’s how it works:

You use the Control Panel to update your website. You can think of this as a tool or toolkit allowing you to interact with your database to access, insert, edit and delete information. You can also send email newsletters, upload documents and create administrators with a variety of access rights. This user-friendly Control Panel is your doorway to the database and the control of your website. Any amendment you make will be reflected in real time on your live website, therefore being accessible to your visitors instantly.

When a visitor views a page of your website, the web-server retrieves the necessary information from the database, combines this with the graphics and styling and proceeds to display the result in the form of a complete page on their screen.
