We offer free, unlimited telephone and email support should you either encounter a problem or just need a little advice on using a certain feature of the Control Panel or Website. Since 2001, one of our strengths has been our accessibility to our clients with whom we strive to build and maintain healthy and productive relationships.

We know of other companies charging their clients over £250 per year for a support package, something we deem totally unnecessary. As we'll always stand by our product and are particularly proud of it's reliability and ease of use, we do not place additional charges on any services that will not directly benefit you.

Website and Services Uptime and Reliability

If we host your website you can be assured that the operation and availability of your website and associated services are closely monitored. Although no web-hosting company can guarantee without question 100% uptime of website and email services, our UK based web-server has proven itself to be fast and extremely reliable for several years. We are always on hand to solve any connectivity problems in the unlikely event of any loss of service.

Help and Support within the Kyodo Golf Content Management System
